This 75 minute class will engage the body through asanas (poses). Incorporating breath work; Bring your own yoga mat. Integrate your body, breath and mind. Use these techniques to improve your overall well being and health. Enjoy the relaxation at the end. Some experience in yoga recommended but not mandatory. Facilitator: Gina Champigny RYT500
